Grievance 16 – Creating a mono-party voting process

Addresses creation of a mono-party voting process to assault representative government by repeatedly amending the California Constitution. It was amended to allow for select individuals to serve an additional 2-terms set as Governor . Amending Section 5 and 6 of Article II to implement Proposition 14 ended the bicameral republican form of government, thereby allowing only top two primary vote getters to advance to the general election ballot which often lists candidates from only one party.
