Grievance 26 – Hyper-legislative process

Focuses on a hyper-legislative process that produces unconstitutional California state laws that violate the Supremacy Clause. Coupled with an abdication of responsibility by elected leaders, the effect has been to diminish the Constitutional rights of California’s citizens while undermining the sovereignty of the Union of the United States.
