RALLY is from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. at the Sunrise Mall – corner of Greenback and Sunrise. Come by the NCS SAC Rural booth to get the latest information about our STATEHOOD Process. Then join the Local Cruise Event right after from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
