The Plan to Create the State of New California
It has been 65 years since a new state was formed and brought into the Union of States; that new state would be Alaska, January 3, 1959.
The time has come to form a new state, to push back against a state government that has become burdensome, stripping its citizens of their God-given constitutional rights and moving them into financial and social slavery. New California is that new state that answers the call for liberty and freedom.
The process to form New California is authorized and codified in Article 4 Section 3 of the United States Constitution. After years of over taxation, regulation, and mono party politics, the State of California is in decline in essential basic services such as education, law enforcement, fire protection, transportation, housing, health care, taxation, voter rights, banking, state pension systems, prisons, state parks, water resource management, home ownership, infrastructure and many more.
Learning from The Past
Learning from past state formations has helped with the process of forming New California, separating from the failing state of California, and petitioning the US Congress to enter the Union of States. Below you will find links to websites that are rich with history and assisted in the formation of New California.
